This notice provides the privacy policy of Equity Brands L.L.C. and its affiliates (together, “Equity”) regarding the nature, purpose, use, and sharing of any personal or personally identifiable information (“Personally Identifiable Information”) collected via Equity’s website or when you contact us through our customer support portal. Our privacy policy explains our information practices when you provide Personally Identifiable Information to us, whether collected online or offline, or when you visit us online to browse, obtain information, or conduct a transaction, or when you communicate with us by phone or text. Personally Identifiable Information may include: your name, email address, mailing and/or home address, phone numbers, IP address, device identifiers or other personal information that identifies you personally and that you choose to provide us. We do not require you to register or provide any personal information to visit our website. The Personally Identifiable Information you provide to us will be used only for its intended purpose.

As a general rule, Equity does not collect Personally Identifiable Information about you when you visit our website or communicate with us through our customer support portal unless you choose to provide such information to us. Submitting Personally Identifiable Information through our website or through our customer support portal is voluntary. By doing so, you are giving Equity your permission to use the information for the stated purpose when you provided your information. However, not providing certain information may result in our inability to provide you with the service you desire, and you might not be able to take advantage of our services.

We automatically collect and store certain types of information that you have voluntarily provided, including information about your interaction with products, payment information (which will be processed securely by third-party providers), content and services available through our website and through our customer service portal. 

If you choose to provide us with Personally Identifiable Information on our website, through such methods as completing a web form, sending us an email or communicating through our customer support portal, we will use that information to help us provide you the information or service you have requested or to respond to your message. The information we may receive from you varies based on what you do and what you are trying to do when visiting our site or communicating with us. Generally, the information requested by us will be used to respond to your inquiry or to provide you with the service you request.

How We Use Your Personally Identifiable Information That You Voluntarily Gave Us

We use your Personally Identifiable Information to operate, develop and improve our products and services and to provide you with customer support.  These purposes could include:

Does Equity Share Your Personal Information?

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share your information with law enforcement or regulatory agencies, when legally required to do so, and with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in delivering customer service, but only to the extent necessary for them to perform their functions and such third parties have agreed to be subject to this privacy policy or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this policy.

  • Third-Party Service Providers: We may employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders for products or services, delivering packages, sending postal mail and email, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links, processing payments, transmitting content, scoring, assessing and managing credit risk, and providing customer service. Email

Many of our programs allow you to send us an email. We will use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry. We will only send you general information via email. You should be reminded that email may not necessarily be secure against interception. Therefore, we suggest that you do not send sensitive personal data (such as your Social Security number) to us via email. If your intended email communication is very sensitive, or includes information such as your bank account, credit card, or Social Security number, you should instead send it by U.S. mail. Another alternative may be submission of data through a secure web page, if available.

SMS Consent and Terms & Conditions

If you provide your phone number in connection with a request for customer support, you may receive SMS messages related to your support request. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates.

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS communications from Equity related to customer support and order updates. The types of messages you may receive include appointment reminders, order alerts, and account notifications.

Automatically Collected Information

We collect and temporarily store certain information about your visit to our website for use in site management and security purposes only. We collect and analyze this information because it helps us to better design our website to suit your needs. We may also automatically collect information about the web content you view in the event of a known security or virus threat. This information includes:

This information is only used to help us make our site more useful for you. Raw data logs are retained temporarily as required for security and site management purposes only.

Information Collected for Tracking and Customization (Cookies)

Like many websites, we use “cookies” and other unique identifiers, and we obtain certain types of information when your web browser or device access our website. Interaction With Children Online

Equity is committed to the protection of children’s online privacy. The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) governs information gathered online from or about children under the age of 13. Verifiable consent from a child’s parent or guardian is required before collecting, using, or disclosing personal information from a child under age 13.  If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under age 13, we will delete it promptly.

Visiting Other Websites

Our website may contain links to other websites not affiliated with us. These websites are not within our control and may not follow the same privacy, security, or accessibility policies. Once you link to another site, you are subject to the policies of that site.

Additional Information For California Residents

We provide California consumers the additional privacy rights described in this section. You may also exercise these rights via an authorized agent who meets the agency requirements of the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). As required by the CCPA, any request you submit to us is subject to a verification process. To verify your request, you must provide your name, email, and state of residence, along with any other information we may require to verify your identity or your request. We may not fulfill your CCPA request unless you have provided sufficient information for us to appropriately verify you and your request.

If you are a California resident, these additional privacy rights apply to you.

A. The Right to Know and Have Access to Data

You have the right to obtain a copy of the specific pieces of Personally Identifiable Information that we have collected about you.

B. Right to Delete

You may request that we delete your Personally Identifiable Information that we have collected from you. Please note that even if you make a request to delete your Personally Identifiable Information, applicable law may permit or require us to retain Personally Identifiable Information that was collected to complete transactions and services you have requested or that are reasonably anticipated, for security purposes, for legitimate internal business purposes, including maintaining business records, to comply with law, to exercise or defend legal claims, and to cooperate with law enforcement. Please note if you have requested a service that requires the use of your Personally Identifiable Information, we may not be able to provide that service if you choose to delete your Personally Identifiable Information.

C. Right to Correct

You may request that we correct Personally Identifiable Information that we maintain about you that is inaccurate.

D. Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing

You may opt out of “sales” or “sharing” of Personally Identifiable Information (as defined under applicable law) as follows:

1.     Click on “Cookie Settings” at the bottom of the relevant website and deactivate cookies. 

2.     Submit an “Opt Out” of the selling or sharing of Personally Identifiable Information request to us.

3.     Exercising opt-out choices offered by the Digital Advertising Alliance at http://www.aboutads.info/choices, or by the Network Advertising Initiative at http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/.

 We will also process opt-out requests submitted by a consumer’s opt-out preference signal as required by applicable law. The technical specifications of a consumer’s opt-out preference signal determine how we process such signals. For example, if a consumer installs opt-out preference technology on a browser, and the opt-out preference signal it sends is associated solely with a user’s browser, the opt-out will be applied to the browser. Equity does not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that, under applicable law, require us to offer consumers a “Right to Limit” the use or disclosure of sensitive personal information.

F. Non-Discrimination

As required by the CCPA, we will not discriminate against you because you exercise your CCPA rights. However, we may charge a different price or rate, or offer a different level or quality of good or service, to the extent that doing so is reasonably related to the value of the applicable data.

G. Authorized Agents

Authorized agents of consumers may make a request us under the CCPA.

This privacy policy is effective as of September 1, 2025.  We may update this policy from time to time.   When we do, we will revise the effective date of the policy. Thank you for trusting us with your personal information.
